Lalmek FC

Lalmek FC (Flow Control) is a system that delivers the right force and exact precision when you need it. A simple yet smart solution to control and adapt the speed of the hydraulic system’s movements, by regulating the amount of oil that flows out in the system. The flow from the hydraulic pump is adapted to each sequence in the machine’s work cycle and the required speed of the different machine movements.

In order to control the flow and optimise the movement speed in the system, Lalmek FC works with frequency control on the hydraulic power pack’s electric motor. The speed and the oil flow can be adapted by changing the frequency to the motor in each sequence. In addition to delivering the right force and movement in each stage, flow control also means that energy consumption drops and the oil’s operating temperature is kept low.
