Lalmek Hydraulics has a standard range of welded hydraulic cylinders that includes cylinder diameters from 25 to 160 mm and pressure force from 1 to 40 ton at 200 bar. Of course, other sizes can be produced on request.

The hydraulic cylinders can be supplied with a number of different fastening options at both the piston rod end and the cylinder short end, such as spherical ends, internal or external threads or flange mounting.

As standard the hydraulic cylinders are surface treated with black wet paint, but are also available in optional colours.

Technical data

• Double & single acting hydraulic cylinders for medium to heavy applications.

• Available in dimensions from 25 to 160mm as standard.

• Designed for a max. working pressure of 250 bar.

• Max. piston speed 1m/s.

• Piston rods in standard design are made of hard chromium.

• Roller burnished cylinder tubes.

• Designed for a mineral oil base pressure medium, temperature between -30˚ to +100 ˚C.

• Seals of the highest quality & easily interchangeable for different characteristics.
